- Right to data deletion, including the right to withdraw consensus: the person in question has the right to have his/her personal data deleted by the Holder without undue delay and the Holder is obliged to delete this personal data without undue delay, or to withdraw consensus, if the reasons defined in art. 17 of the GDPR are present.
